Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your Payhip account or the link in your Payhip receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

2. Digital service and withdrawal

Flickz Uploader is a digital service that starts immediately after purchase. If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by starting to use your key you agree that the service begins immediately, and a refund may be proportional to the unused period.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your purchase email and Payhip order ID within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are issued through Payhip to the original payment method (e.g. PayPal).

4. Effect of a refund

When a payment is refunded, the related activation key is revoked automatically.
